Calder Construction & Shopfitting Ltd – tenant at The Chapel Hebden Bridge

For fifteen years Calder Construction & Shopfitting Ltd has been the preferred contractor of choice for the maintenance and shop fitting of the Aldi chain of supermarkets for the Middleton and Neston Regions, covering approximately 125 stores.

This culminated this year in being appointed to work with a team of subcontractors to completely refit 92 of the stores to new layouts required by the Aldi operations team.

Two teams of seven shop fitters were assembled, one team for each area, and the installations were completed through the night so as not to interrupt trade. Six to eight stores per week were successfully completed during the 15 week programme.
