Our customisable office spaces are available from 7am to 9pm every day, and we are committed to your security with 24 hour CCTV and electric gates. 

Internet Access

Keep your business connected with full WiFi available across the site. We also have fibre leased line connections to each unit boasting broadband speeds of 100 – 500Mbs with private VLAN and 99.9% uptime guarantee.

Convenient Location

We are well placed in a unique, scenic, hillside location, while being easily accessible from the M62 and ten minutes away from Sowerby Bridge and Mytholmroyd.

Flexible Leases

Parking & Access

We have over 60 parking spaces on site and ample room for expansion. Back up generators have us covered in case of power outages, as well as gritting and snow clearing, to keep the site open, whatever the weather.

On site we have our affordable, flexible self-storage units that provide the solution to all your storage needs, while giving you the peace of mind that your belongings are safe and secure.

Viewings can be arranged during normal working hours. We can be flexible and arrange out of office viewings in the evenings or weekends.

Business rates are payable to Calderdale MBC on all of our properties. Depending on the circumstances you may be eligible for a rates discount. Please see the  Calderdale MBC website to check if this is applicable to your business.
